Your Health Score

Hapy India has designed your health score and its a number from 99 to 1 where 99 is given to an iron man finisher in the last 1 years. A 4 KM swim, 180 KM cycling and 42 KM Run.

98 is for anyone who has completed an ultramarathon or a long trek in the last 1 years.

97 is for winning a medal in an international sport competition in the last 1 years.

96 is for completing a in an international sport competition in the last 1 years.

95 is for winning a medal in a national sports event.

94 is participating in a national sports event.

93 is winning a medal in a regional sports event.

92 is participating in a regional sports event.

91 is winning a medal in a large sports / fitness event with over 1000 participants.

90 is participating in a large sports / fitness event with over 1000 participants.

80 – 90 is being physically active for over 100 hours in a month, that is over 3 hours daily. You could be preparing for national or international event. Or you could be walking / cycling / running / swimming over long distances.

70 – 80 is being physically active between 30 to 100 hours per month. That is over 1 hour per day and less than 3 hours per day. You could also do three 10 hour long treks / cycling / running / walking. You could also do one hour gym or playing a sport.

60 – 70 is being physically active between 10 to 30 hours per month.

50 – 60 is being physically active less than 10 hours per month.

40 – 50 is people who have been physically active in the last year but have become couch potato in this year.

30 – 40 is people who have been physically active in the last 5 years and have an excellent excuse like a disease or pain somewhere to be inactive.

20 – 30 is people who have a chronic disease like obesity, diabetes, cardio vascular disorders, asthma, arthritis and have accepted that the diseases is going to stay with them for ever.

Anything less than 20 is someone with very poor health.
