Mumbai is the city that never sleeps. There is something called South Mumbai and Mumbai Suburbs and then there is Thane. The life line of Mumbai is Local Trains. Earlier Mumbai was called Bombay and CSTM was called VT for Victoria Terminus. The population of Mumbai is over 1 Cr and when you add Thane, Navi Mumbai, Panvel, Palghar the population is over 2 Cr.

Mumbai has many Walking tracks and Joggers Park like Marine Drive, Carter Road and Jogger’s Park in Bandra, Sanjay Gandhi National Park, Mahalaxmi Race Course, Shivaji Park Dadar, Worli Sea Face, Palm Beach Road, Navi Mumbai, Powai Lake, Aarey Colony, Goregaon, Priyadarshini Park (PDP), Rajiv Gandhi Joggers Park, Vashi, Nerul Lake, MCGM Garden, Oshiwara, Five Gardens, Dadar (East), Kaifi Azmi Park (Juhu), Nana Nani Park, Andheri West, Juhu Chowpatty, Girgaon Chowpatty, Oval Maidan, Central Park, Kharghar, Forest Park, Powai, Nirvana Park Powai, Yeoor Hills, Thane.

Mumbai has many sports clubs like
Mumbai Gymkhana
Khar Gymkhana
Asmita Club
National Sports Institute and many others.

Mumbai is the head office of a very large number of companies like Reliance, Air India, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank etc.

Mumbai has lots of hospitals like
Hinduja Hospital
Lilavati Hospital
Saifee Hospital
Kokilaben Hospital

Mumbai can be broken up into many parts like Colaba, Dadar, Chembur, Andheri, Hiranandani, Borivali, Vasai, Thane, Kalyan, Vashi and Panvel.
